For over 90 years, Lincoln has been recognized as a leader in lubrication tools. Heavy-Duty Lubrication Pumps are no different, and Lincoln offers a complete line of performance proven pumps for grease, oil, and other fluids. |
PowerMaster III
The PowerMaster III offers numerous design options such as carbon steel, stainless steel, or hard chrome plated. It has only 5 moving parts, no metal to metal contact, which helps to ensure a longer life and helps to prevent wear and tear. Available to fit any drum or pail size.
PileDriver III
Lincoln’s strive for high quality products can once again been seen with the PileDriver III. The Series III motor is fully pneumatic and its reverse stroke direction without mechanical linkages is simpler and more reliable that older designs. Also the PileDriver III pump offers a choice of inlets for thick material or higher flow rates.
PowerMaster II
Lincoln’s PowerMaster II is built strong to give you years of dependable trouble-free operation. Its sturdy construction, with the plunger and brushing of hardened steel, offers greater wear resistance. The PowerMaster II surpasses just dependability with a simplified modular design that allows for easier disassembly
Hydro-PowerMaster
This hydraulic motor is specifically made for PowerMaster III and PileDriver III Pump Tubes. The Hydro-PowerMaster is safe to use where electric or pneumatic motors may be hazardous, and virtually eliminates concerns about air supply condition and exhaust emissions.

Magna-Ram
The Magna-Ram is a 300 gallon pressure primer for central feed of high-volume applications. This powerful four-post design has a built-in crossover for dual primer applications. The Magna-Ram has a wide range pump capability and has a more compact envelope than competitive models.
Air Operated Ejectors
Designed to be combined with PowerMaster or PileDriver pumping systems to dispense measured shots of mastics, epoxies, sealants, greases, and other viscous materials. The ejectors are true positive displacement measuring devices which accurately dispense material onto the work piece.
Measuring Valves
Designed to be combined with PowerMaster or PileDriver pumping systems to dispense accurate volumes of adhesives, sealants, plastisols, lubricants, and other medium to high viscosity fluids.
Other Pumps
Designed specifically for oil well services such as wireline and plug valve applications. In wireline applications, these pumps are used to seal against the well-head pressure as the well is being logged or perforated. In plug valve applications, they are used to pump heavy grease into the valve or “Christmas tree valves” to seal any gas leaks.

Lincoln now offers its new AirBrake Runaway Control and Pump Protection device. Introduced by Lincoln more than a decade ago, the AirBrake technology has unique pneumatic logic that uses pump cycle speed to stop a runaway pump. The patented module saves customers the cost of preventable repairs and lost production by stopping pumps when they lose prime and start to accelerate toward damaging speeds. The new AirBrake is available three ways: a factory option on new PowerMaster 4-1/4" and larger air motors; an upgrade kit for existing AirBrakes; or a separate, complete model for PowerMaster motors not originally equipped with AirBrake. (Models 85317, 273429, 94904, 94906, 94908, 94910, 273835, 274168)

Managers of vehicle service centers can now turn to our new thermal pressure relief device to protect against possible damage to their closed pipe systems caused by thermal expansion. For example, as oil warms, it expands and causes pressure—sometimes oil that was 300 psi becomes 2,000 to 3,000 psi. Such pressure spikes can cause costly damage if they exceed the design capacity of pipes and system components. Our pressure relief valve returns fluid/material back to the tank, limiting the pressure to protect the system.

Our new ultrahigh-pressure pump tubes are the solution to one of our customer’s problems experienced in deep well drilling. Our new wire line protection system pump makes the deep drilling and exploration possible. The pump, designed to withstand the intense pressure, maintains a “liquid o-ring” by generating as much as 20,000 psig.

Our popular 3-inch, twin-post pressure primer has been enhanced. Positive-priming force on the material: Downward force of the follower forces material into the pump inlet, assuring positive priming of high-viscosity materials. Follower has an Elastomer seal: Twin blade wiper seals against the material container’s sides, preventing drying and contamination of the material and wipes the container’s sides clean.
