ST. LOUIS . . . Lincoln has introduced the QLS 311 Quicklub Lubrication System. Reliable and fully automatic, this compact system easily supplies up to 18 lubrication points as well as larger systems with lower lubricant requirements.
The QLS 311 system, which includes a pump, control monitor and metering valve, significantly reduces the cost of unplanned downtime due to component wear or scheduled manual lubrication of components. Affordably priced, the pre-assembled system features an integrated circuit board that controls lubrication cycle times, monitors the function to ensure a complete lubrication cycle, and allows additional lubrication cycles to be initiated. The standard low-level indicator helps to ensure that the pump never runs empty. In addition, the QLS 311 features a built-in safety relief valve that directs oil back to the reservoir, overfill protection and blocked line detection capabilities.
Installation of the pre-assembled unit is quick and easy, unlike more expensive component systems. Simply fasten the QLS 311 to the machinery, connect the flexible tubing using the included Zerk-LockTM and QuicklincTM fittings, plug the unit into an electrical outlet, set the time interval, fill the reservoir and it's ready to lubricate.
The versatile QLS 311 is available in either a bottom or back mount model to maximize installation options. The sturdy back mounted system withstands severe operating conditions in shock applications and is vibration tested to the strictest specifications of the mobile equipment industry. Earning NEMA 4 (USA) and IP6K9K (Europe) ratings, the QLS 311 can handle high-pressure wash downs and temperatures between -10 degrees Fahrenheit and +160 degrees Fahrenheit (-25 degrees Celsius and +70 degrees Celsius).
The system is available in 12 or 24 VDC versions, as well as 120 or 230 VAC, 50/60 Hz models.
