LINCOLN OFFERS LOW-COST, FULLY PROGRAMMABLE DC CONTROLLER

ST. LOUIS . . . Lincoln now offers the Model 85535 24-volt DC Automated Lubrication System Controller.  The low-cost, fully programmable controller provides system supply line feedback monitoring of Lincoln's Centro-Matic® system on off-highway mobile equipment.

Model 85535 has a microprocessor that controls the intervals between lube cycles, determines how long the lube system is energized and monitors supply line pressure to ensure that a lube cycle takes place.  If the controller does not detect a lube cycle, it sends an alarm signal.

The rugged controller works in temperatures ranging from -13 degrees to 150 degrees Fahrenheit (-25 to 65 degrees Celsius) and is protected by a NEMA 12-rated enclosure.  Its low-level monitoring feature indicates when it is time to refill the reservoir.  The controller has a manual override button to begin an immediate lubrication cycle and a memory option that can be set to start the system with a lube cycle when it is turned off and on.  In addition, the unit has internal terminal connections to reduce the risk of short circuits.  For more information on Lincoln's Model 85535 DC Controller, contact Customer Service at 1-314-679-4200, Ext. 410, or visit our web site at www.lincolnindustrial.com.
