ST. LOUIS . . . Lincoln now offers the Model 85535 24-volt DC Automated Lubrication System Controller. The low-cost, fully programmable controller provides system supply line feedback monitoring of Lincoln's Centro-Matic® system on off-highway mobile equipment.
Model 85535 has a microprocessor that controls the intervals between lube cycles, determines how long the lube system is energized and monitors supply line pressure to ensure that a lube cycle takes place. If the controller does not detect a lube cycle, it sends an alarm signal.
The rugged controller works in temperatures ranging from -13 degrees to 150 degrees Fahrenheit (-25 to 65 degrees Celsius) and is protected by a NEMA 12-rated enclosure. Its low-level monitoring feature indicates when it is time to refill the reservoir. The controller has a manual override button to begin an immediate lubrication cycle and a memory option that can be set to start the system with a lube cycle when it is turned off and on. In addition, the unit has internal terminal connections to reduce the risk of short circuits.
