LINCOLN DEVELOPS ULTRASONIC SENSOR TO
DETECT RESERVOIR LUBRICANT LEVEL

ST. LOUIS . . . Lincoln now offers an Ultrasonic Sensor for use with its Centro-Matic® automated lubrication system's 60-lb. reservoir. The sensor is available for use with both air-operated reciprocating and FlowMaster™ rotary-driven, hydraulic pumps.

Detecting the position of the follower plate with ultrasonic waves, the sensor reports when the reservoir is getting low on lubricant and when it is refilled to capacity. It has two outputs that drive external signaling devices or that connect to the customer's programmable logic control (PLC). Three standard LEDs offer visual indication of the sensor's status and reservoir level.

For more information on Lincoln's Ultrasonic Sensor, contact Customer Service at 1-314-679-4200, Ext. 410, or visit our web site at www.lincolnindustrial.com.

Established in 1910, Lincoln is a world leader in the manufacture and sale of lubrication and industrial pumping equipment for industry.  Lincoln headquarters are located at One Lincoln Way, St. Louis, Mo. 63120-1578.
