LINCOLN TWO-LINE SYSTEM

ST. LOUIS . . . Lincoln has introduced its new Two-Line components for large systems with dispersed lube points and varying lubrication quantities. Designed for harsh environments and extreme temperatures, the product is ideal for use in cement plants, steel mills, power plants, and mining and large machine lubrication applications.

The Two-Line System supplies an exact metered quantity of lubricant from one pump station over large distances. The devices are operated by two main lines. As the system cycles, it alternately pressurizes or relieves the flow of lubricant from one line to the other. With each cycle, lubricant is dispersed to one-half of the lubrication points.

Lincoln ’s high-pressure capability allows small-diameter tubing to be used, reducing installation and material costs. In addition, this minimizes the amount of grease in the tubing that may deteriorate over a long period of time.

For some applications, the Two-Line System can be combined with secondary progressive metering devices to increase the total number of lubrication points that can be served and to reduce the cost per point. The system features visual monitoring of each metering device outlet pair.
