LINCOLN OFFERS QLS 321 AUTOMATED LUBRICATION SYSTEM

FOR OVER-THE-ROAD TRAILERS

ST. LOUIS . . . Lincoln has introduced its Quicklub® QLS 321 lubrication system for over-the-road trailers. The QLS 321 system, which includes a pump, controller card as well as a lubricant metering device, significantly reduces the cost of unplanned downtime due to component wear or scheduled manual lubrication of components.

The system's unique controller card monitors the time a trailer is in use via a motion sensor and delivers the precise amount of lubricant needed without the need for continuous power, extending the life of brake cams and slack adjusters.

The QLS 321 is compact, rugged and easy to install. The pump, controller card and metering valve are pre-assembled in a small, powerful package. With the optional installation kit, the system can be operational quickly.

The QLS 321 is designed for environments ranging from -10 to 158 degrees Fahrenheit (-25 to 70 degrees Celsius). It is available in both 12- and 24-volt direct current (VDC) versions for six, 12 or 18 outlets and can pump up to NLGI #2 grease. In addition, the system withstands high-pressure washdowns, earning NEMA 4 (USA) and IP6K9K (Europe) protection ratings.
