LINCOLN UPDATES AND IMPROVES PILEDRIVER® III PUMPS
ST. LOUIS . . . Lincoln has made significant improvements to its industry leading PileDriver III pumps. Developed for such demanding industries as printing and publishing, automotive manufacturing and rotational molding, the new PileDriver III pumps offer improved reliability, ease of use and longer life under tough pumping applications.
Powered by Series III air motors, the reciprocating piston pumps are available in two inlet styles and a wide range of ratios and output volumes to match specific application requirements. The PileDriver III easily dispenses lighter fluids, medium-viscosity materials and heavy-viscosity products from drums and stationary or tote tanks.
New features include: a bolted piston on the 10-inch air motor that improves reliability and serviceability; an improved connection between the air motor and the pump tube rod for quieter operation over the pump's life; a redesigned gland assembly that reduces leaks and increases seal life; and a new locking bolt design that replaces set screws and makes the pump easier to adjust and secure in the desired outlet orientation.
