SKF today announced the introduction of its LMC 101 controller for lubrication applications on single-line or progressive lubrication systems. Designed to function as either a timer or controller, the versatile SKF LMC 101 can cycle a pneumatically, hydraulically or electrically driven pump at different timing intervals. The unit is configured easily using PC software and a USB connection and can control a high-current pump without an external relay.
SKF today announced the introduction of its second-generation Lincoln LFC 2000 and LFC 2500 fluid
management systems for vehicle service applications. The redesigned systems include
several improvements and feature a new radio technology that enhances

management system is designed to accurately track the use of fluids in vehicle maintenance facilities. Managing up to 32 fluids and 300 dispensing locations simultaneously, the LFC

Mityvac has introduced its new Model MV6412 ATF Refill System for vehicle service applications. The system features a 2.5-gallon (10 liter) reservoir, which provides increased capacity over Mityvac’s popular MV6410 model, reducing the time a technician must spend refilling the reservoir on larger jobs.
The MV6412 combines the fluid reservoir and lid with an integrated pressure pump and 10 ATF refill adapters to fill or top-off sealed automatic transmissions. The system also includes a narrow 12-inch wand for dispensing fluids in tight areas and a convenient hanging hook.
The MV6412 features a safety relief valve to prevent over-pressurization and a tilt valve for manually relieving pressure in the reservoir. The refill system’s automatic safety shutoff valves at the reservoir and accessory fittings prevent fluid from discharging if disconnected prior to relieving pressure.
Lincoln has introduced its new model G103 grease gun. Developed for low-volume greasing applications, this tool is ideal for do-it-yourself auto repair, lawn and garden, ATV, marine, motorcycle and trailer applications.
Unlike other 3-ounce (85 g) models, the G103 incorporates the traditional lever-action design, which provides better handling and output pressure up to 6,000 psi (414 bar). The lightweight grease gun features a jam-proof handle mechanism, cast-aluminum head, powder-coated barrel and a comfortable vinyl grip.
The G103 uses 3-ounce cartridges or can be hand packed or bulk filled. The tool comes with a replaceable grease coupler and rigid extension. Optional 12- and 18-inch (305 and 457 mm) flex hoses are available.
Lincoln has introduced its new 3630 series of portable used fluid equipment. Designed for vehicle service applications, models 3635, 3637 and 3639 provide superior performance and long service life.
All three feature a 25-gallon (95 liter), welded-steel tank supported by heavy-duty, 4-inch (102 mm) swivel casters and 6-inch (150 mm), fixed-axle wheels selected for their size, durability and resistance to shop chemicals. Emptying the tanks requires shop air and a standard tire chuck to discharge the fluid through a 6-foot (1,8 m), nylon-reinforced hose. A steel J-hook on the hose output conveniently secures in the opening of bulk storage containers or fill pipes. The three models include a built-in, fluid-level sight gauge, tool tray and tank-mounted clip for securing the discharge hose when not in use.
Lincoln has introduced its new model 3626 used fluid drain and model 3627 used coolant drain for use with diaphragm pumps and other used fluid collection and transfer systems. Designed for collecting fluids from beneath lift-mounted vehicles, these drains feature a portable upright configuration that is well suited for multi-bay shops and areas where movement is restricted.
Both models feature a 26-gallon (98 liter) reservoir molded from high-strength, chemical-resistant polyethylene for lighter weight, reduced corrosion and lower risk of damage to surrounding vehicles. Each unit has large recesses for tool and used filter storage molded into the top that drain directly into the reservoir. The convenient 18-inch (457 mm) offset funnel includes a removable filter screen and secondary debris screen and can be adjusted from 53 to 79 inches (135 to 200 cm) in height.
Lincoln now offers a professional alternative to lifting heavy vehicles during fluid changes. Models 3665, 3667 and 3669 truck drains offer a low-profile design that can be easily positioned under high-clearance vehicles for capturing used fluids including motor oil, coolant and transmission fluid
All three models feature a 17-gallon (65 liter) capacity reservoir molded from robust, lightweight high-impact polypropylene and mounted on four 4 inch (100 mm) diameter swivel casters. The drains offer a choice of three discharge methods.
The new Mityvac MVA7607 Locking Hose Clamp is ideal for securely clamping flexible hoses when performing automotive diagnostics or repairs. It has an overall length of 8” (200 mm), with angled jaws for accessing hard-to-reach hoses virtually anywhere on a vehicle. The jaws extend to securely clamp hoses up to 1 ¼” (30 mm) in diameter, and can apply up to 50 lbs (23 kgs) of force.

Lincoln has introduced its new FlowMaster Grease Level Sensor and Overflow Prevention System. Together, the advanced grease level gauge design with optional automatic overflow shut-off valve system is unique to the industry and can help to eliminate dangerous and costly overfills.
The system senses the follower position in the reservoir and sends a signal to the grease level gauge, which can be mounted at the fill station. The level indicator signal also can be integrated into on-board systems.
Lincoln has introduced a new Grease Filter for its renowned Centro-Matic System. The high-pressure, high-flow filter was designed for mining, off-highway and industrial applications and promotes cost-effective preventative maintenance.
The filter features a red indicator pin that is triggered when the filter element is nearly clogged. If the element becomes completely blocked, the grease will safely vent to the atmosphere, preventing contaminated grease from entering the reservoir.
Lincoln has introduced its new Model HTL 201US Continuous Hydraulic Lubrication Pump. Developed to minimize friction and wear on small series hydraulic hammers from 650 pounds (295 kg) and heavier, the pump is suitable for additional hydraulic attachments including claws, shears and mini excavators.
The compact HTL 201US pump can be mounted directly on the hammer or other attachment for continuous lubrication while the device is operating. It remains with the tool requiring lubrication, even if the carrier unit is exchanged. The reliable pump uses standard 14.5-ounce (410 g) grease or paste cartridges up to NLGI Class 2 or can be bulk filled with its built-in refilling adapter. For convenience, the HTL 201US features a low-level indicator that alerts the operator when lubricant needs to be refilled.
Lincoln has introduced its new FlowMaster II Pump which features increased pump life and simplified installation, operation and service. The result of years of design and performance improvements makes the FlowMaster II an ideal choice for single-line, parallel lubrication systems.
The pump’s strengthened crankcase is common for all FlowMaster motors and is designed to mount the pumps on top of the reservoir. Pump and reservoir combination models are level-sensor and shut-off system ready. Other crankcase improvements include a four-bolt hole pattern for all FlowMaster motors, dual-bearing load support, O-ring seals for all motors and compatibility with existing reservoirs.
Lincoln has introduced its new Model 91035 Heavy-duty LED Light Cord Reel, which features high-intensity LED technology combined with the reliability of superior reel construction. Designed to provide easy access to light and power where needed, the new reel provides efficiency, convenience and long service life.
Lincoln has introduced its new Model 3662
13-gallon Pit Drain. Ideal for track mounting applications with
restricted clearance, this compact, low-profile pit drain was developed
for installation in pits with limited headroom or on floors where low
clearance is required for drive-over.
The Model 3662 has convenient handles on both ends and internal baffles
to reduce splash during movement. It includes a removable screen to
catch parts and debris, as well as to drain filters. The unit’s drain
outlet has a ball valve and ¾-inch cam lock coupler with a leak-proof
cap to prevent spillage.
Lincoln has upgraded its Model 4100 Diaphragm
Pump Evacuation System to include the capability to empty used fluids
from collection equipment such as portable drains and evacuators.
The system utilizes its air-operated, double-diaphragm pump to quickly
draw fluid from drain tanks and pump it through an enclosed system to a
remote storage tank.
Lincoln has introduced its new ALS Fill Pump Kits
for quickly filling automatic lubrication system reservoirs in lube
truck, shop or plant applications.
Developed for small- to
medium-sized reservoirs, these kits feature Lincoln’s high-volume PMV
25:1 pumps which deliver grease up to three times faster than similar
The ALS Fill Pump Kits include custom filling fittings for Lincoln
Quicklub and P653S systems and high-flow, reservoir-coupling technology.
Available with a choice of pumps for lube truck, stationary and
portable applications, the kits come with 440-, 120- or 35-pound

relieving design that prevents a hydraulic-lock condition if the

Lincoln introduces the Model 1013 Professional
Series Grease Gun for multiple applications. Featuring a large-bore
design, the grease gun delivers twice as much grease per stroke as a
standard grease gun, reducing lubrication time by up to 50 percent.
The high flow rate comes without sacrificing the tool’s high-pressure
capabilities. The pin placement and unique drive angle enable the user
to build pressures of up to 7,000 psi. The Model 1013’s multi-port
pickup and 360-degree rotating rigid extension allow for easy greasing
in hard-to-reach areas. The Model 1013's plated steel barrel, head and
handle provide long-lasting good looks.
Lincoln is pleased to announce the release of three new color offerings for the 94000 Series of single arm reels.

Lincoln has introduced its Value Series Model 83753 and Model 83754 retractable air hose reels. These durable reels feature heavy-duty rubber air hoses and all-steel reel assembly. Both reels have eight-position ratchet gearing that locks the reel at the desired hose length and a slotted mounting base for easy attachment to ceilings, walls or work benches.
Designed for long-lasting ease of use, the Models 83753 and 83754 have an auto-rewind feature and spring-powered automatic recoil. Each unit provides 300-psi capacity with a maximum airflow of 25 cubic feet per minute.
